I grow and feature an array of fresh microgreens that are sure to add a flavourful boost to any dish, as well as homemade microgreen butter that is perfect for spreading on toast or adding to your favourite recipes.
For those of you who need a quick pick-me-up, I have freshly squeezed ‘microgreen shots’ that will energize you and give you the nutrients you need to tackle your day.
