Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@notafarmgirl.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll ask you to bring your item into the shop, at which time we will be able to issue a credit/gift card or return your money. Refunds will be processed on the method of original payment and may take several days for the bank to post your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@notafarmgirl.com and bring in your item to our Shop.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver picked up the order themselves to give to you later, we have to send the refund to the gift giver.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
If you find that there is a quality issue with a product, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also contact us immediately if you found that you received the wrong product in your order, and we will work to remedy the situation immediately.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Gift cards, fresh homemade items, preordered butter products, discounted (sale) and clearance items, and items that have not been stored properly after purchase are not eligible for return.
